Pattern-Based Solutions for 22 Languages in 9 Regions
in the Asia/Oceania Region Corporate Discount Program “ANA Business Flyers”
We oversaw planning and development of the ANA Business Flyers (corporate discount member program) sites for 9 Regions in the Asia/Oceania region, including Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.

MISSION
We brought to fruition information design to contribute member
base growth and carried out development and planning to simplify site updates.
STRATEGY
Target region and target language information is saved for each user.
Users are shown only the most appropriate information.
Taking care that users are asked to select their region and language only once, users are prompted to select their region and language during their first site visit.
Afterwards, based on the information saved in a user’s browser, site information and Emails are sent using the appropriate region and language.
Reducing the Effort Associated with Site Updates
We developed sites on the basis of a language management file to match the corresponding manuscript for each Region with different languages to enable manuscript management for 22 languages based the familiar Excel format.
Further, to make site updates easier, we designed a master manuscript file using Excel, which managers are familiar with.
We put in place the following management framework:Excel Master File Updating [Macro] Output Site Language File.
Secure Information Management and Site Management
Member-related information is all managed using Salesforce and coordinated with the site.
By having all member information on the side of the site operator is compiled within Salesforce, we took care to avoid managing personal information locally and the attendant risks.
The site itself is protected using WAF.
